Live6,529 open roles on the job board

Every application deserves a response.

Find your next opportunity. Review candidates faster. Make recruitment more transparent for everyone.

The problem

Candidates send applications and hear nothing back. Recruiters work through stacks of PDFs, browser tabs and inbox threads. Both sides lose time, and nobody gets a clear answer.

  • Applications disappear without a reply

    Candidates see where they stand

  • CVs and cover letters spread across tabs

    Both documents, side by side

  • The same status email, written again and again

    Updates sent from your templates

Hiring Team

Halden

Re: Senior Product Designer

Dear Hiring Team,

I’m writing to apply for the Senior Product Designer role. Halden’s focus on tools that operations teams use all day is exactly the work I’ve spent the last seven years on, and the problem in your posting, dense information that still has to feel fast, is the one I enjoy most.

At Fernway I led the redesign of our scheduling product. We started from support tickets rather than screens, and the new flow cut booking from nine steps to four. Just as important, I built the design system that let four teams ship that quality without waiting on me.

I’d bring the same habits to Halden: research close to the work, small releases, and a system that makes the next screen easier than the last. I would welcome the chance to walk you through the scheduling project.

Kind regards,

Ana Novak

Screening workflows

Coming soon

Two ways to review. One pipeline.

Use Smart Screening for the first pass on busy roles, and Fast Manual Mode when you want to read every application yourself. Mix both on the same role.

Smart Screening

Let automation handle the first pass.

Set the requirements for a role. Smart Screening checks each application against them and sorts the list, so you start with the strongest matches. Your team still makes every decision.

Fast Manual Mode

Stay in control of every decision.

Open the original CV and cover letter side by side, decide, and press Next. No downloads, no extra tabs, no reformatted profiles.

  1. Smart Screening sorts the list
  2. You open the shortlist in Fast Manual Mode
  3. You decide
  4. The candidate is updated
